Alamos Claim The Leg

Congratulations to Steve and his successful 2021 BVL Campaign. The Alamos won the BVL Leg title defeating the Grand Rapids Calvinists in five games.

It was an amazing series filled with back and forths and tension throughout. A remarkable lack of homers and more than our fair share of low scoring games. Congratulations to Tim for a great season and a great series. The Calvinists are a fantastic team and Tim is a lot of fun to netplay with. The Calvinists pitched their way to some gems in the series. The hitting just went cold at the wrong time. The difference for San Antonio was what will be forever known as “The Trade”. Brian Anderson had 5 homers and 10 RBI in the post season. Almonte and Martin tag teamed for 14 innings letting up 1 run between them in three playoff series. The MVP went to Chris Martin who saved 7 of the Alamos 12 wins.
