SPECIAL NOTE - This has been reconstructed based on the Founder's Draft and the final statistics from the 2000 season. Players who were traded prior to the league being set up are noted as "PRESEASON" trades. Players who were traded without a player coming back are noted as being traded for "some draft choice". Clearly there are many other draft choices included in these trades, but currently there is no information about that. Some of these transactions could have occured as two separate trades, but again there is currently no information. This should be complete as to players changing hands between teams.
